In light of growing concerns about water availability—especially in countries such as Spain and France—Fluidra has strengthened its Public Affairs role with the aim of highlighting the socioeconomic benefits of the swimming pool sector to authorities and regulatory bodies at all levels, in line with its purpose: We turn water into a better world.

At Fluidra, we view Public Affairs as a legitimate and necessary tool to contribute constructively to the development of balanced, transparent, and evidence-based regulatory frameworks. In this regard, our engagement aims to provide technical knowledge and sector expertise that support informed decision-making by public administrations, while contributing to the sustainable development of the sector and society as a whole.

In line with these principles, we conduct our institutional engagement activities in full compliance with applicable legislation in each of the countries where we operate, as well as with the highest ethical and good governance standards. Likewise, we reject any practice that could compromise the independence of public institutions or create undue conflicts of interest.
