Fluidra renews Royal Spanish Swimming Federation Sponsorship through to 2022

The Royal Spanish Swimming Federation (RFEN) and Fluidra, global leader in pool equipment and wellness solutions, have signed an agreement that will see Fluidra renew its sponsorship as a Platinum Sponsor through to the year 2022.

The deal was signed off on by RFEN president Fernando Carpena and Fluidra chief executive Eloi Planes and certifies Fluidra’s link with the federation for a further two years. It again shows the company's firm commitment to water sports and Spanish sport.

The sponsorship not only moves revenue forward but represents an input of knowledge and expertise around different water sports that all Federation athletes can leverage.

“With this renewal we can follow through on the support Fluidra provides to the water sports that are closely linked with our activity,” said Eloi Planes. “We are proud to reach this deal with the Royal Spanish Swimming Federation and be able to display its seal on our products”. For his part, RFEN president-elect Fernando Carpena said: “It is important for us to have the backing of a global enterprise like Fluidra and one with links to swimming, giving us the help we need to step up training across all teams”.

The agreement will see Fluidra take an active role in RFEN events and appear in the title of different sporting contests which will bear its name.
