April 1, 2008This index is comprised of 30 small market capital stocks.
Today, Fluidra enters the IBEX Small Cap index,
which is comprised of small market capital stocks that trade on the Sistema de
Interconexión Bursátil (Interconnected Stock Market System) of the four
Spanish exchanges.
This index is made up of the 30 stocks that have the highest capitalisation per
floating capital, once the companies in the IBEX 35 and the 20 stocks in the
IBEX Medium Cap have been excluded, and which meet the liquidation
requirements of the IBEX Small Cap within the control period: have a
percentage of floating capital higher than 15% and an annualised rotation on
the real floating capital of higher than 15%.
As of today, Fluidra joins an index that, according to Bolsas y Mercados
Españoles (BME), was created to become a national and international
reference in the market evolution of small capitalisation Spanish companies and
to be a reference for investing and savings products.
