Strategy
In 2023, we reviewed our Human Resources strategy for the 2024-2026 period, called You Help Us Grow, which is structured around three main pillars with action plans, projects, and objectives directly connected to each of the Company’s strategic pillars, thus facilitating their achievement.
- Culture: Foster a strong and agile culture, enhancing the sense of belonging and reinforcing our values and brand identity.
- Talent: Promote talent development and boost learning agility to ensure business success.
- Resilience: Support business growth and transformation by creating an efficient and flexible organization with a solid HR Operating Model as its foundation.

Quality Employment
- Workforce: We will improve the employee experience through annual surveys implemented globally.The surveys will result in concrete action plans to address weak points and tackle identified opportunities.
- Human Rights: We will define an action plan to prevent and mitigate possible impacts on human rights throughout our supply chain.Critical actions will include audits to identify risks, as well as training and education to prevent incidents.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
To ensure equality, we are also implementing corrective measures to modify current human resources policies and processes, focusing primarily on selection, hiring, promotion, and talent development.
We have decided to focus on the presence of women in the succession plans for positions with the greatest impact on the business, due to their level of contribution, the complexity of management, specific skills and knowledge, stakeholder management, and the difficulty of replacement, also known as key positions.
Additionally, at Fluidra, we are working to promote the presence of women in STEM positions (those related to science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) through collaborations with organizations like the Society of Women Engineers in the United States of America.

Commitment to the Community
Through the Fluidra Foundation, our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to swimming pools, swimming, and the therapeutic benefits derived from them, to facilitate access to water for the development of disadvantaged regions, and to promote culture as a social unifier. In this regard, we rely on the values of the Foundation to achieve all these goals.
To accomplish this and further expand our reach, even beyond our operational contexts, the Company allocates a portion of its budget each year to fund the Foundation. Specifically, in 2023, €750,000 were allocated (the same as in 2022).
The main areas of focus are social and charitable pools, water, and music.
