    Company By-laws & Regulations

    The Company By-laws are the set of rules that govern the organization, operation, and internal and external relationships of the Company. These By-laws are drafted and approved by the shareholders upon the incorporation of the Company and can be subsequently amended by the shareholders in the General Meeting.

    The purpose of the Regulations is to establish the guidelines for the administrative bodies’ actions and the basic rules governing its organization and functioning and the conduct of its members.
