“It was a very exciting and challenging experience. I really appreciated to be implicated in this training because we are often “closed” in our day to day and this kind of training is a very good time to take a step back. Managing people is not easy, it requieres availability, listening quality, adaptability, energy and conviction. Now I already take care to observe better before to make decision. Clearly nobody is perfect but the main objective of a good manager is to develop the skills of its team, this is really what this training enhanced ! I specially appreciated the conflicts management session. It was an incredible role playing game. It helped us to put in evidence how it is important to be transparent, concrete in our explanations, expectations.’’

I participated in the Frontline program, which includes Insights, a development program. It has been an incredibly valuable learning experience, both professionally and personally, and I highly recommend it to all my colleagues. From a professional perspective, it has especially helped me in my role as a Team Leader by allowing me to better understand the diversity within my team and communicate with each member more effectively. This has strengthened my relationships with them and contributed to a more efficient and cohesive teamwork environment. One of the key takeaways for me was practicing active listening. In one of the sessions, we engaged in active listening exercises where we learned different techniques to enhance empathy and improve our interactions with others. On a personal level, I discovered aspects of my personality that I wasn’t fully aware of, which has helped me identify areas for improvement and personal growth.

“I was fortunate to attend the inaugural Fluidra Go program. Although my participation, along with that of my fellow attendees, was impacted by the COVID pandemic, we were still able to engage, learn, and grow both individually and as a cohesive cohort. The Fluidra Go program taught me a great deal about myself, how to interact effectively with colleagues, and how to embody Fluidra’s values in my daily life.
